They don’t offer monthly payments, but almost no one does, and those that do charge very much (like $20+/month) so it’s not worth it.

Hi Guys,
Now that Geocities is closed, what for you is the best free web hosting site?
I liked Geocities before because it was easy to use and provided the needed tools to manage my webpages and files.
I’m gonna build a new website and I’m still looking where to upload my webpages.
