I have recently uploaded an xml sitemap to yahoo web hosting which works fine for my web site without the www. prefix but it wont work with www. yahoo say there is no difference but its not true at all they rank differently, have vastly different link popularity and i only have one file manager does anyone no the answer please My url is www.perfectportugalproperties.com if that helps anyone

They are 2 distinct names! The outside world sees them as different. You will get hits on both, unless you add a little scripting to send the perfectportugalproperties.com people to www.perfectportugalproperties.com with a re-direct. You can do it on an apache server or with a tiny javascript that redirects people who use the less preferred url.

I need a news/article content management programs compatible with Yahoo Web Hosting platforms; anyone?
I am looking for a content management application that has a Graphical User Interface that allows for for writing news articles, placing the articles into whatever categories I want, being able to order categories, be able to handle multiple authors, approve articles before publication to the live site, hide articles from viewers while in the edit process and be able to have the approved article “go live” on a future date.
I would be much obliged to anyone who can steer me to a Yahoo compatible product.

I should add that I do not want to be hand coding any templates, or even need to remove and replace much, if any, HTML or PHP code. Rather, I want to use a GUI or wizard to effect changes.

Kyle is right. You don’t need to know PHP or HTML to use WordPress. WordPress is best for blogs and has all the features you need.
WordPress is cheifly a blogging system. For a full-fleged LMS, I recommend Drupal: https://drupal.org/.

how come i cant buy Yahoo Web Hosting?
I tried to fill out the online form for Yahoo Web Hosting. It keeps telling me to enter a valid credit card! I tried 3 different credit cards, from two different comuters, an two different IDs. I cleared cache and cookies, and placed 4 calls to Yahoo. 3 days later, I get the same results! I cant “give” Yahoo my money!!!
