Yahoo Small Business Web Hosting?
i have been building my website on site builder. Now every time I try to pull it up to work on it I get error message 404-page not available and 403-site declines to show web page. I have windows Vista and it causes alot of problems with some programs and apps. has anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it. By the way, I hate Vista!!!!

You should contact yahoo about it.
Maybe you would like to get rid of windows altogether or dual boot with linux i recommend pclinuxos .

Does Yahoo small business web hosting support asp programs?

Unfortunately, ASP isn’t supported. However, PHP is much more advanced, with more forums for support online and is more widespread. Unless you have something that is exclusively for ASP, I’d recommend creating your site using PHP anyway.
