What is the best free web host?

I am looking for a web host to host a website for an organization I’m in. Here are my requirements:

1. It must be free
2. No forced ads (don’t want a random banner on the site or popups)
3. Must have FTP upload capabilities
4. I’d prefer to have PHP capabilities, but it’s not required.
5. Allowed to use my own domain (that I already purchased) without extra cost
6. The site doesn’t get very many visitors (max of 20 per week), so bandwidth shouldn’t be an issue.
7. High reviews (please provide a link)
8. No stupid requirements like “posting on their forums once every 2 weeks”.

I know that there are free hosts out there that fit my requirements. I’m just trying to see which one is the best. Don’t just say “you can’t” or give me a host who gives me ads.
So far, ZendFree is the one I’m looking into most, but I can’t find any reviews online to fit that requirement.

What is the top rated web hosting today? I’ve read through plenty of reviews but came across old ones. Is there any reviews of something in the past month?

are these extras worth the money from a web host?

I dont know much about companies who host web sites but I have a feeling some of these extras being offered are of no use or aren’t worth the money? If someone who knows about this stuff can help I would appreciate knowing what is important to have and what isn’t. I found these on a site called ipage.com but I don’t think I will use their services as I have found better reviews for other sites. anyway thanks in advance.

Looking for a good web host with extremely easy site-builder.?

Anyone happen to know any good web hosting sites that have a really good site-builder? I’ve been searching for the past week or so, and found so many, with mixed reviews on almost all of them.

I’m looking to spend up to $10/month, as long as I am able to customize my site extremely easy. Basically put it this way, my current web making skills are the equivalent of a 4 year old.

Also, would like one that offers a shopping cart, but that’s not a necessity.
