If I want to move a site domain to another web host what shall I do?
I have a domain .net and I want to tranfer it to another server…

Assuming that you want to point the domain to another server where your site is hosted, you would need to change the DNS records in your domain settings. This can be done by logging into the control panel that your domain registrar would have provided you.
If however you want to transfer the domain from your current registrar to another registrar, you would need to check whether your current registrar allows it, and contact them regarding the same. There are usually some additional charges for this.

Every registrar I have used for our domains has included e-mail accounts, unrelated to any web hosting we may or may not have on that domain.

It helps you with sometimes-difficult tech-y stuff, like putting youtube videos on your page. However, you have to pay to have your own “dot-com”. The URL you get is always *something*.blogspot.com if you don’t pay.
