I have a site with https://www.gracenet.org They are fairly good–only a few minor snafus with them the past year or so–and I mean minor. They have a pretty good plan if you are talking about a small site–the plan called Megabyte Mania. Look for it under “special deals” it isn’t one that is advertised in plain sight.

We use them for a few businesses and appear good. They have a good tech support line, good uptime, and all the options you need. Oh, and they’re cheap.
