So, typically in my experience, when a web hosting company offers multiple domains hosted on one account they will virtually map each additional domain to a folder which then becomes the ‘root’ of that domain.

So if your main account was www.myaccount.com and your addition was www.my2ndaccount.com then you would set up your addition domain to a folder called my2ndaccount/

Then when you are using front page, set the 2nd domain project up to ftp.my2ndaccount.com

I have set this same scenario up at https://www.GotHosting.org and with their cpanel hosting it is very simple to set up. You ensure that both domains have the same dns and that you have added the “addon domain” via the cpanel.
