Looking for reseller web hosting packages that also have an option for the host provider to take on the customer support even if I need to pay a premium.

The needs of the website dictate where hosting is done.
As previously mentioned, any server-side programming needs to be handled on the server. Whether .NET, PYTHON or PHP. Every developer has their own preference of language.
SSL options for credit card transactions (if applciable to the website)
Ability to have a dedicated server.
The biggest factors for webhosting are the
1) uptime – if the site is not targetted globally, I look for a regional host so that the servers don’t get upgraded during the peak hours of when the site would be used most often.
2) database access
3) disk space -> most websites don’t take up a lot of disk space, but the database can.
4) customer service. If a site is not working, I want to be able to call someone and get the issue resolved.

Best web hosting provider / domain name registrar?
I’m planning on building a website and would like to know which are the top web hosting providers and domain name registrars out there. I’d prefer no-ads, but would like to keep costs low while still having some flexibility in how the site is built. There won’t be a ton of traffic, and it won’t be very fancy/complex. Thanks for any suggestions you can provide!
