…and I am trying to start up a web hosting business so could I host multiple websites with 1 static ip address. Or would I need 1 for each domain? Thanks in advance!

If you answer this question, make sure you understand I am only interested in Windows Web Hosting that includes MS SQL database server with the features I listed. The first two answers I received were for Linux servers which is absolutely useless to me.
