I’m low on cash and can’t spend a lot of money and the most i can spend is $30 a year. I want the best web host i can get for that much money, I dont need THAT much space, but I want a really high uptime for the servers.
ALSO PLEASE MAKE SURE IT HAS FRONTPAGE SERVER EXTENSIONS!

If you are currently a paid Internet subscriber, you are entitled to a “homepage” which often contains enough bandwidth and simple navigation and editing tools. And if you use FrontPage as an authoring tool, you can easily generate a full-blown website as a Homepage.
Nevertheless, the “homepage” URL is likely to be “https://homepage.earthlink.com/subscriber… Name” and that URL can easily be overwritten via a redirection service, i.e., “mydomain.com” which allows you to link any registered domain name to “mask” another website. For example, should you type in the “domain name,” you will be immediately transported to the homepage and the hompage URL of https://homepage.earthlink.com/subscriber… A homepage URL which will be masked by the domain name. And the charge for the redirection service [even at godaddy.com] is normally FREE.
When you acquire a domain name, connect it using a redirection service [as discussed above] and submit/publish the domain name on major search engines/directories in order for Net surfers to find your website.

Web host that will let me host adult .torrent files?
Does anyone know of a hosting site that will let me host LEGAL adult .torrent files on its server / my site?
I don’t intent to track the torrents, as I have another site for that, but I just need to be able to let users download the torrent from my site.
It needs to be relatively cheap and allow me to use Frontpage to upload my site.
I’m with Hostmonster at the moment but they don’t allow adult material so they are no good, but they are the only reliable host I know of…

You should try https://www.radixhosting.com/
They allow hosting legal adult content, and legal torrents. They don’t allow running a tracker, but from what I understand you are not planning to track them from that hosting account.
Their accounts start at $3 / month, and they have some terrific uptime. I’ve been with them for over a year now, and service and support has always been wonderful. Highly recommended !

It’s always better to use “a” here, since you are talking about a web host.
