How do I upload onto yahoo business web hosting servers?
I would like to know how and where it is I go to upload information and data onto one of yahoo‘s web hosting servers, I have a client that already has a business account but I was unable to figure out what to do. I most likely skimmed over it but would still like guidance rather than run blindly. I’d appreciate it greatly, thanks in advance.

You could use an FTP software. The tutorial below should help you with using Filezilla FTP program.

After you login to the FTP client filezilla using
1. Your IP address (X.X.X.X)
2. Your FTP login
3. Your FTP password
You should be able to see the pages on your site. You can then drag and drop files to your server to upload or download them.

Does it normally take days to get Yahoo Web Hosting to answer an email question?
I also tried calling for help, but after waiting 78 mins for someone to pickup, I gave up on their support help.

I had the SAME issue with yahoo web hosting support…the normal turn around time for my email was 3 business days..I already gave up and switched two months ago, way better tech support experience thru email, phone and even live chat. How much in fact do you pay per month for Yahoo Web Hosting?
They say they charge $8.96/Month for the first 3 months and $11.95 therafter. Is it true? Do you pay another?

Honestly I love my Yahoo Small Business account. My total with tax is $13.94 but that’s because I was in under the monthly plan. The new plan is billed every 3 months. The service is great. I use the site builder software and it’s very easy to create and post changes. I would encourage you to consider it. I tried 1&1 service and it was awful. I have heard about Go Daddy but no experience to share. If you have a legitimate business, you can write off the hosting fees.
