I’ve been with ixwebhosting for over two years now. They had some issues with downtime a while back but have been doing well for over a year now. I think ever since they moved to a new datacenter things have been running well. I renewed for another two years back in January.

Im glad you noticed that. A lot of the review sites are rigged. They are really selling the hosts through affiliate links.
