They have demos of all their services so you can check them out before you buy.
I fully recommend them

Is there a way to access MySQL in a Java Applet on my site hosted by Yahoo Web Hosting?
My web site is hosted by Yahoo Web Hosting and it comes with a MySQL database. I am trying to access that database thru a java applet and wondering if this is possible before I look at other options.
admin answers:
Hey Strider,
I did have Yahoo hosting previously and honestly..it is one of the easiest ways to get a website up, but in regards to trying anything technical with databases and such…they are not the host of choice. More than likely, when you contact them about it..they will tell you that they do not support what you are trying to load. I included my hosting recommendation below…

Betty asks…
Can I use yahoo web hosting for small business for a blog?
Does yahoo web hosting only want actual businesses or can I put a personal blog.
admin answers:
Yes you can. Yahoo has an easy install of WordPress (WordPress is the blog software you should use).
However, I have some experience with Yahoo Business Web Hosting.
Stay away, LOL.
I had an account and 2 MAJOR problems:
1. My new wordpress blog keep getting error messages
2. Yahoo tech support to over 48 hours to reply to me
If you need a blog, I own a web hosting company called eVentureBiz – https://www.eventurebiz.com
I run a blog over there (on WordPress) – https://www.eventurebiz.com/blog and for anyone who signs up for hosting I personally will install your blog for you at no extra charge and set you up with all the plugins (additions to wordpress) that I use, such as SEO Pack, Anti-Spam, etc.
Our site is geared toward teaching and learning in business as well as web development.
If you’re interested, here’s our site:
